Private clinic workspace
Clinic data is organized within an account workspace so teams can work with their own operational records.
Roles and permissions
Role-based access helps clinic owners assign appropriate responsibilities to doctors, receptionists, accountants, and admins.
Payment boundaries
Billing is handled through Paddle. Talgora does not store full card numbers in the application workspace.
Operational safeguards
Access controls, monitoring, backups, and infrastructure safeguards are maintained as part of operating the service. Specific availability, retention, and recovery commitments depend on the applicable plan and final service terms.
Responsible use
Clinics remain responsible for user access, device security, the accuracy of records, and complying with the laws that apply to their client or patient data. Report suspected security issues to [email protected].
