Privacy Policy

How Talgora handles marketing inquiries and data used to operate clinic workspaces.

Information Talgora stores

Talgora may store clinic account details, staff names and email addresses, clinic configuration, and contact details needed to operate the service. Clinics may also enter client or patient records, treatment notes, appointment details, payment records, and treatment photos into their private workspace.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and support Talgora, authenticate users, maintain clinic workflows, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Support and error logs may include technical context such as request identifiers and device or browser information.

Service providers

We do not sell clinic or client data. Billing metadata and payment processing are handled through Paddle. Talgora does not need to store full card details. We may use infrastructure and support providers only as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and choices

The marketing site uses essential cookies or browser storage only where required for basic operation. No analytics cookies are intentionally enabled at launch. If this changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are introduced.

Your responsibility and contact

Each clinic is responsible for the records it enters and for giving its team appropriate access. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. This starter policy should be reviewed with local counsel before publication.
