• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Not use the service to monitor domains you do not own or have permission to monitor

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Payment Terms

• Billing Cycle: Monthly or annually
• Free Tier: Limited to monitoring a maximum of 3 domains
• Refunds: Refunds are possible upon request within 14 days of purchase
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or extended periods of inactivity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Talgora is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability or error-free performance. While we strive to provide accurate security monitoring, we cannot guarantee that all security issues will be detected. You acknowledge that security monitoring is an ongoing process and that new vulnerabilities may emerge at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Spam, hacking, exploiting our monitoring systems, or any illegal activities are strictly forbidden. You may not use our service to conduct security tests on domains you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, and disputes will be settled in Austrian courts.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email (if consent has been provided) or through a notice on our website.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or due to technical issues.
